Production Time:
Our normal production time for personalized items is five days plus shipping. If you need it faster, please call us, many times we are able to get your order out the same day or next day, normally without a rush charge.

Shipping and Handling
We charge a flat shipping and handling fee of $7.50 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. We offer free ground shipping for orders over $100.00 This cost includes packaging, insurance and ground shipping to any physical address in the continental USA. (using our choice FedEx ground or USPC) We are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date for ground shipments. Please contact us for rates and turnaround for expedited shipping.
We do not ship to PO boxes
At this time we do not ship internationally
Order to Alaska and Hawaii need to use expedited price (call for pricing)

Sales Tax
Sales taxes will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Virginia, this is due to the fact that our stores are located in Winchester, VA. All other states are Exempt.

Discontinued Items
Due to the fact that many blank items used for personalization are made overseas, these items sometimes are discontinued with little or no notice. We of course make every effort to keep items on our website in stock. If an item is discontinued or unavailable For any reason we will immediately notify you either by e-mail or phone and suggest an Alternative. You have the option of either accepting the alternative, choosing another item or canceling your order.

Delayed Orders
If for any reason we experience any type of delay in completing your order, we will immediately notify you either by e-mail or phone and provide you with an estimated Shipping date. At this point we will offer the option of selecting an alternative product or canceling you order.
